About the SEO Audit Tool

Visitors needs to provide an email address in order to generate a report. In addition, the customized introduction and summary section of the report can tell what action the visitor should take (i.e. to call you for further discussion!).

After you sign up, you can login to the dashboard and simply copy a block of html code and paste to your website. 

You do not need to install a plugin. Just copy the html code from the dashboard and paste to your WordPress page or post. Simple is that.

We’re more than happy to. One of the things our customers most love is the fact that they have complete control over what it appears on their sites. However, we can certainly understand that not everyone feels completely comfortable with html code, and we’re more than happy to help you not only put the tool on your website but edit the tool’s content for you as well, anytime you’d like to make changes.

Simply login to your account 24/7 and then click on your license key, change whatever you would like to change and hit the save button. It’s that easy!

Yes. Login to your account, click on your license key, and choose “No” under “for Public?” and hit the save button. If you select ‘No’, a message will be shown to your visitors if they attempt to generate a report. However, you can still use the tool from your dashboard.

Yes. Login to your account, go to Blacklist Domains to add any URL you want to blacklist. E.g. your visitors may keep checking https://www.google.com to test your report. Apparently, this domain will not belong to your visitors, you can exclude it. 

We record IP address when someone successfully generate a report from your site for audit purpose, to which you can check it from your dashboard. If you believe certain audits are conducted by bot for example, please contact us, we can look into this for you and adjust the credit accordingly.

Until the end of the world. We do not charge monthly fee or annual fee. Our plans have no expiry date. 

You can keep track of the usage online by signing in to your  account via portal on our website at https://www.seoembedder.com/portal/login.php

If you purchase or recharge a plan that comes with 1-Month Unlimited Audits Guarantee, we promise that, within 30 days from the date of purchase or recharge, your service will not be affected by credits being used up. 

We do not give a refund if you simply changes your mind about our product or service. However, please contact us to discuss if you experience for a major problem with a product or service.

Yes. Although we have different forms with different designs you can choose from your dashboard, you can still fully design and create your own form in any way to generate audit reports. You just need to use the below variables and values via POST method:

If you purchase a plan that comes with some customization (i.e. your own introduction, summary, description, etc), you can type in your language. However, for non-roman characters (arabic, hebrew, chinese, etc), we cannot guarantee that it will be displayed correctly.

Sign-ups and Payments

From the moment you sign up, you'll be able to start managing a license key and get your embed a form on your website immediately. Here you'll find any questions you may have about the signup process.

After filling in your details you’ll be taken to a dashboard where you can see and manage a license key for Free plan. You can upgrade your license key to another plan (or buy a new license key of another plan if you want to keep the Free plan while you need another plan) from your dashboard. 

After clicking “upgrade” or “buy” button in your dashboard, you’ll be taken to a page for payment. As soon as your payment has been processed, a new plan will be reflected in your dashboard immediately and you can then start managing it and copy the html code to your website. 

We use PayPal, the world’s biggest and most secure online payment processor. We do not collect nor do we have access to any of your credit card details; these are processed by PayPal on their systems, and we simply receive confirmation from them once a payment has been successfully processed.

No. PayPal is simply the company we use to process payments. If you do not have an existing PayPal account, you will still be able to use your credit card to make the payment.

The name displayed on your transaction records will be ‘SEOEMBEDDER’.

Yes. Please contact us and let us know how would you like to pay. We can manually add a license key to your dashboard first and you just need to arrange for payment within 3 days so that you can start using the tool first. Once a payment is received and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.

No. Our plans clearly state what is included here. There is no more to pay!

No. We don’t charge commission. It’s just one simple payment depending on the plan and that is all you pay.
